- Yes — the Hobby plan is free forever, no credit card required. It’s a genuine plan with 5 monitors and static + JavaScript validation, not a time-limited trial.
- What counts as a “monitor”?
- One configured check — an HTTP endpoint, a database query, or a custom check. Each runs on its own interval and has its own validation, history and incidents.
- How does LLM validation get billed?
- LLM validation is included on Pro and Business at fair-use levels for typical check volumes. You can bring your own Anthropic or OpenAI key, and LLM checks can fail-open so a provider outage never causes a false page.
- Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
- Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you like — changes take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. No long-term contracts.
- Do you offer annual billing or volume discounts?
- Yes. Annual billing comes with two months free, and we’re happy to talk custom limits and pricing for larger fleets — just reach out.
- Where does my data live, and is it secure?
- Every organization is fully isolated. Stored credentials — DB passwords, SSH keys, API tokens — are encrypted at rest, API keys are scoped and rate-limited, and database restores are guarded against overwriting your source.
